Hever Castle Courtyard, Sussex, England.

$1,750.00

Hever Castle was the home of Ann Boleyn, the second wife of King Henry VIII. She was executed for treason due to her not being able to bare a son. Despite her tragic death, her childhood home is intact and part of the National Trust-a land and garden preserve in England. I visited her garden some years ago and was taken with the beauty and history of this historic place. Perhaps Ann Boleyn herself-a beautiful if tragic figure-spirit wanders the gardens searching for the quiet and safety of her childhood home.
