For the Snow-Bird in your life. The joy of watching and listening to the waves as they crash along the ocean’s shore inspired this small-scale shadow box sculpture. Creating free standing ocean wave inspired sculptures is a new direction for me. I’ve been working on this idea for a few years now and can finally share these colorful ocean wave inspired sculptures with my collectors. I use UV pigments that will not fade so the sculpture can be displayed in a bright area. I do recommend it be displayed out of direct sunlight for best results. Pair with Summer Rental and Sea Shawl for a dramatic display of color and texture.
How to display:
This original work of art will not fade or discolor when displayed in indirect sunlight. The surface is coated with an acid-free covering so it may be displayed near a water source (coffee centers and bathrooms seem to be popular places to display my work these days). If the artwork gets damp, it will dry without warping.
