Pierre Auguste Renoir is one of my favorite artists. His use of color, texture, and natural light as it dances off gardens and landscapes inspire me as I work through my own creative process.

When I worked on these abstract paintings, I felt the joy and excitement of seeing color and pattern emerge in the myopic way Renoir did as he studied the shifting moving sunlight before it vanished.
