The cooler nights bring fresh blooms in the morning for flowers that cannot tolerate the heat-can’t say I blame them, I’m not a fan of the heat either! I thought of this when I painted this painting, With all the rain we had in New England this summer, wildflowers grew from every crack and crevice. The abundance of wild asters, daisies, sunflowers, and lupine inspired me to capture the feel of these natural beauties before autumn sings her song.
How to display:
The colors and textures in the painting will not fade or discolor when displayed in indirect sunlight. The surface is coated with an acid-free covering so it may be displayed without glass up to four feet from a water source (coffee centers and bathrooms seem to be popular places to display my work these days).
