Ipswich River Reflections, II.  This is my first attempt at creating a vertical composition rather than a horizontal one.  I couldn’t bring myself to tear the painting in half and lose the reflection in the water as it appears here.  I painted the third and last elements to imitate a close up of a birch tree and the water ripples respectively.  I may add a few more elements on the right of the composition, but for now I am loving the element second from left-the Ipswich River as it runs through Topsfield, MA.

Ipswich River Reflections II.  12 x 6 inches, mounted and ready for hanging.  95.00.
