Some of the most brilliant colors of the year happen when the morning light of autumn with its yellows, golds, reds, and peach blooms of marigolds and chrysanthemums reaches up to greet the cerulean blue of the sky.
Autumn colors in all their glory as they appear in mid-autumn is what inspired this painting. I used a bright palette of warm colors and paired it with a cool palette to mimic this natural sensation.
How to display:
The colors and textures in the painting will not fade or discolor when displayed in indirect sunlight. The surface is coated with an acid-free covering so it may be displayed without glass up to four feet from a water source (coffee centers and bathrooms seem to be popular places to display my work these days).
