This colorful sculpture is inspired by ocean waves, full of energy, life giving sustenance, and like real waves, impossible to fully control. Executed in the tradition of art nouveau, an artistic style that celebrates the natural forms and shapes of nature, this sculpture is made with abaca, a natural fiber that holds the pigment beautifully, and allows the color to swim in its liquid form as it searches for its ultimate shape as it dries. This small-framed sculpture will fit neatly into small
