This is a careful study of the forces between the sturdy rocks and crashing waves as they collide along the shoreline in Marblehead Harbor on the north shore of Boston. The waves lick the rocks in a turbulent dance between solid and liquid energy. I have returned to this special place again and again in an attempt to capture this endless performance and to celebrate the organic beauty of the rocky New England coastline.
